The Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the success of the high-end retail boutique in a prominent shopping destination within Sydney CBD. Reporting to the Regional Retail Director, you will lead, coach, and further develop an established high-performing team of Client Advisors. You will lead from the front, coaching the team on the selling ceremony and building relationships with clients. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the unique vision is reflected in every customer interaction. In addition, you will oversee the visual merchandising standards of the store, manage the inventory, analyze sales reports and market trends and constantly identify opportunities for growth.

Skills and Experience:
This role requires an experienced retail professional with strong leadership skills and an ability to guide a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. A strategic mindset is crucial for developing business plans that align with market trends and the brand positioning. Strong communication skills in English are essential for building valuable relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
