On behalf of our client, a global luxury accessories brand we are very excited to be working on finding them an accomplished Assistant Manager for their beautiful Pacific Fair boutique.
We are seeking a candidate who has a solid business acumen, strong operations skill set and the ability to create a world-class shopping environment, a strong product background in the premium retail industry is important.
Reporting into the Boutique Manager you will be accountable for managing and driving a close-knit team. And in return for your passion and outstanding performance across all key performance indicators, you will be rewarded with a very attractive bonus program and the opportunity to grow your career with a successful global brand.
To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where you and your team exceed expectations, build and nurture relationships and drive sales.
Skills and Experience
- Proven luxury retail management experience
- Strong client book and clientelling experience
- Exposure to driving sales, performance management and succession planning your team
- Operating within a global business, dealing with senior stakeholders and regional offices
- Luxury market knowledge; RTW, leathergoods, watches and/ or jewelery.
Excellent salary package on offer; $65'000 - $68'000 + super + bonus + commission.
