About the role

Based on our customer site at Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (Hay Point) and reporting to the Branch Manager - Mackay, in this role you will:-

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client on site, ensuring first class customer service is delivered at all times
• Communicate with the customer to identify their needs and provide equipment rental solutions, with a view of converting all sales opportunities and adding value for the customer
• Assist in planning and coordinating the resources required for effective and efficient delivery of customer requirements 
• Develop quotes and rental agreements for the customer in the system
• Control business processes to optimise operational efficiencies 
• Lead the safety culture and safety compliance for Onsite team on the customer’s site 
• Support the internal Contract Management Team to continue to grow and develop contract 
   

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in rental, industrial, construction, logistics or related industry
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Commercial mindset 
• Strong analytical skills, organisation and accuracy
• Intermediate knowledge of MS office suite
