Full time onsite role based in Warriewood, Northern Beaches

About the role

The Assistant Brand Manager's role is to execute brand and product marketing activities to drive the long-term success of Liquefy, and develop and implement activities across all aspects of the marketing mix to learn and develop marketing skills.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Brand Manager
• Analysis tracking of weekly scan sales (Aztec Reports)
• Forecasting & Stock control Analysis
• P&L management
• Support sales force with information/requests
• Manage and implement POS strategies
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products
• Manage the brands digital marketing and social media campaigns
• Manage briefing and work flow of design through the internal graphics team
• Manage external partnerships on a daily level
• Track and monitor monthly A&P spend
• Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures.

About you

• 2+ years as a Marketing Assistant or similar
• Experience and understanding FMCG and OTC products
• General understanding of budgets and the process of budgets and forecasts
• Solid understanding and experience with marketing plans including promotional materials, collateral and merchandise
• Knowledge of data programs, and experience in analysing data and market segments
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and project management skills
• Exceptional communication skills and the
• Ability to deal with people from different backgrounds and cultures
• Ability to deal with other internal departments.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player
• Sound PC skills and intermediate skills in Microsoft applications
