Responsibilities
- Manage and implement the annual Dare brand plan and Go-To-Market strategies in collaboration with the Dare Brand Manager.
- Support the implementation of breakthrough communications and key brand activations.
- Lead multiple New Product Development initiatives through Stage Gate.
- Develop and shape the Dare product range in collaboration with the Dare Brand Manager.
- Manage and report on Brand Performance (Sales, Share, Profitability, Equity) and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Establish and maintain quality agency village and partnership relationships.
- Support the management of the Brand Marketing Investment budget.
- Prioritise, plan and deliver work to maximise value and minimise risk.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
- Experience in similar brand marketing roles in the FMCG industry.
- Displays a challenger mindset to drive brand growth; challenges the status quo and champions brand and quality standards.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in delivery of innovation and product management.
- Works both collaboratively and independently with tight deadlines and is flexible to adapt well in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated understanding of integrated brand and channel plans that achieve commercial outcomes.
