Stella and Estelle are successful, contemporary women's fashion brands sold in Australia and the USA. Our customers include retail department stores and various e-commerce retail accounts.
We are looking for an Assistant Brand & Account Manager with the experience and professional confidence to manage customer relationships, with the support of our Brand Manager.
Responsibilities will include:
- Sole management of a key USA account from day one, with scope to grow to additional within the first 6 months
- With Brand Managers support, manage customer accounts with a key focus on the USA
- Maintain relationships with existing businesses & seek / develop new opportunities
- Manage e-commerce site ranging & troubleshooting of all issues
- Assist in style registration to retail platforms
- Prepare and analyze weekly reports, supporting Buyer & Planner in identifying opportunities
- Support all stakeholders to achieve sales & drive profitability
- Attend weekly trade meetings & action initiatives
- Support Buyer & Planner in the preparation and presentation of Post Season & Strategy
- Manage department store promotional & VM processes
- Collaborate on marketing strategy with the wider team, with a focus on growing brand awareness, serving our customer & driving sale
- Assist in photoshoot process as required
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within retail account management, marketing or an analytical retail role
- Ideally you will have worked specifically in womens fashion apparel
- Retail acumen, with an ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach, comfortable with both autonomy and collaboration.
- Robust analytical abilities reviewing sales data and brand performance.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Excel and data entry skills with good attention to detail.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining professional sales relationships.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
