Blue Illusion is a leading Women’s Fashion Retail brand based in our Retail Support Centre in St Kilda. We are seeking a dynamic, up-and-coming brand marketer to join our exceptional marketing team. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll work with a team of high-calibre marketers in a fast-paced, supportive, team-oriented environment.
The successful applicant will report to our Head of Marketing & Brand and will help plan and execute all marketing activities across Blue Illusion, covering a wide range of categories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating and eventually managing photoshoots, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with brand vision.
• Collaborate on seasonal campaigns, contributing innovative ideas and strategies to drive brand growth.
• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of Brand Voice and Brand Essence
• Creating documents with the Head of Marketing for the wider team (Photoshoot documents, campaign documents etc).
• Source and cast models for photoshoots, maintaining a diverse and inclusive representation.
• Creating and managing call sheets.
• Research and foster relationships with potential collaborators and influencers to amplify brand presence.
• Manage brand assets, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all channels.
• Support the Social Media Manager with the creation of impactful marketing materials, including presentations, press releases, and point-of-sale materials.
We Seek an individual with:
• A higher education qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field, or proven experience in brand management, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Skilled in creative and innovative thinking.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of brand marketing trends and best practices.
• Creative flair and attention to detail with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork ethic with the capacity to inspire others with enthusiasm and a supportive attitude.
