About the Centre:

Our premium, purpose-built facility fosters a natural and family-friendly environment, promoting inclusivity. Our state-of-the-art Early Education facility is designed to "Ignite the Spirit of Learning," offering safe, inviting spaces for children to freely explore.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Centre Manager with a robust background in Early Education to oversee day-to-day operations. As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will lead a team of Educators, ensuring adherence to service philosophy, company policies, and National Quality Standards (NQS) while providing exceptional education and care. Your role extends to being the a point of contact for families and the local community, building a fantastic service for Berrinba and the surrounding area.

Essential Criteria:
- Diploma in ECEC or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA).
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis, or willingness to obtain.
- Current Child Protection, Safe Sleep, and Food Safety Training, or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to make business decisions and work with assigned budgets.
- Motivated team player, capable of working independently.
