This centre has built a strong sense of community among its families, and they are now seeking a like-minded early childhood professional to lead a team of highly capable educators.
About the Role:
As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Centre Manager with the daily operations of the centre. You will help lead and inspire a dedicated team of educators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care. Your ability to build and maintain fantastic relationships with staff, families, and the community will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Tasks:
- Working closely with an experienced Centre Director to run the overall management of the centre, including staffing, enrollments, and administrative tasks.
- Support and mentor educators, encouraging a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with families, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in planning and organising of extra curriculum activities, incursions and excursions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Implement and oversee educational programs, ensuring they meet the developmental needs of each child.

About you:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
