The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Manager to work alongside our Centre Manager to continue building our high performing team and service. Our vision is in shaping a positive future for our children through our grow, learn and connect curriculum.
The Centre
Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Riverwalk is in the heart of the Riverwalk estate and just minutes from the town centre, and the future federation trail. The state-of-the-art childcare centre caters to children from 6 weeks to 6 years old and provides a service that will exceed all expectations in our approach to high quality early education and care.
What you'll bring
- Minimum requirement: Diploma in Children's services (with relevant experience in management roles), A Degree or Bachelor would be advantageous
- Previous leadership experience and expertise, with a passion for driving change and continuous improvement
- Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be present on the floor with the team to support and drive positive change
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
- Ability to work 5 Days on a flexible rotating roster.
- Current Working with Children check, Police Check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
