About the Role:
- Assist in the management of portfolio of properties with the agency in the best interest of our clients.
- Prepare leasing offers as directed.
- Undertake ingoing and outgoing inspection and meet contractors on site to provide access where required.
- Generating financial reporting, assisting with audits and collating required documentation.
- Processing creditor invoices, work orders, queries and remittances.
- Raising work orders as directed, setting up new contractors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collect rental payments and security deposits, check & approve invoices for payment.
- Manage client and tenant records and upkeep.
- General office duties as reception duties as directed.
To be successful for this role you will need the following:
- Current Real Estate Representative License desirable.
- Current Driver’s License & roadworthy vehicle.
- Sound knowledge and working ability with Microsoft Programmes and internal property management systems.
- Basic accounting skills and a good understanding of accounts and trust accounting.
- Highly motivated with excellent time management skills.
