About the Company:
Our client, a leading Commercial Property Agency in the Eastern Suburbs, has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join the team.
Open to junior candidates, new grads, and those with a couple years of experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be working under the Commercial Property Managers and assisting with the management of retail and office properties.
Duties include:
Tenant relations: responding to tenants, maintaining records (bank guarantees, insurances), receipting rent, chasing up rent arrears
Property management: scheduling regular property visits, preparation of condition reports, arranging for repairs
Lease management: administering database of important lease dates, preparations of lease renewals, managing rent reviews
Other: ad hoc duties, maintaining Annual Fire Safety Statements and other annual items
Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role you be a highly organised individual with strong communications skills and:
Degree in property or relevant discipline ideal
Strong attention to detail
Experience in property management relevant but not required
Certificate of Registration/ Real Estate License will be required, but can be obtained if successful.
