Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Case Managers Assistant to join our busy Home Care Package Case Management team. This fast paced and highly rewarding role will see you supporting our Case Managers and consumers with exceptional customer service.
As a Case Managers Assistant, you will provide a crucial role in assisting the Case Manages provide overall case management to consumers in receipt of Home Care Packages.

What you will be doing -
- Supporting Case Managers is the provision of consistently high-quality services that are customer focused, fulfil requirements and exceed expectations to ensure that NovaCare customers are satisfied and retain NovaCare as their service provider of choice.
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with relevant staff to ensure optimum outcomes for consumers.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and take personal responsibility for continuous improvement and quality of own work.
- Maintain own professional development in line with the requirements of the role in accordance with current standards.
About You ...
What you need to succeed -
- A passion for exceptional customer service, and a motivated to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction scores through consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to build rapport, establish relationships and adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to balance conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines.
- Confidence and proficiency with a range of computer programmes and applications
- Willingness to be responsive and flexible, demonstrated recognition of the demands of a customer driven service delivery model that empowers choice.
- Resilience, adaptability and initiative in a fast-paced environment
- A minimum Certificate IV in Aged Care or equivalent
- Knowledge of and/or experienced in the aged care industry.
- Demonstrated case management skills and applied experience.
