Each successful individual has a tailored plan around their experience and development.
You will be responsible for:

- Assisting the cost planning team and tender teams with the production of tender documentation
- Measurement and analysis of 2D and BIM model quantification

- Assessing value engineering options
- Engaging with Subcontractors, Consultants and Industry Professionals
- Engaging with the wider New Business team
Since its inception, graduates from the program have progressed in their careers to become qualified Multiplex Cost Planners, and as a result of this new participants in the program are always needed to add to our growing team. As a member of the cost planning team you will work closely with the broader new business department responsible for securing a range of new, iconic and industry leading construction project opportunities for the business.
A note on diversity:
We invite applications from people of all genders, cultures and walks of life. Research shows that women and people from underrepresented groups are less like to apply for roles if they don't meet every qualification. So even if you don't match all the criteria - if you are passionate about helping to construct a better future, we'd love to hear from you. We can support with adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process. Simply inform our Talent Acquisition team during your conversation with them.
