We're on the hunt for an Assistant Development Manager who shares a passion for transforming visions into reality.
The Opportunity

As an Assistant Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of landmark projects that combine residential and recreational spaces into cohesive and vibrant communities.
What You'll Do

Project Management: Assist in managing all phases of aligned development projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards for example, approvals, tenders, budgets, site management, legal, sales and marketing and other development processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, marketing, and sales, to drive project success.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local councils, consultants, contractors, and community members.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.
Financial Management: Prepare and monitor budgets, assist with maintenance and update of project feasibilities.
Planning and Approvals: Assist in the planning of schemes, obtaining necessary approvals and conditions, and preparing design guidelines.
Who You Are
  • A passionate professional with a degree in Property, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in land development, preferably within the master planned community’s sector.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a creative problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also steer projects independently.
