As Assistant Centre Manager, you will partner with the Nominated Supervisor / Centre Director to mentor, lead and inspire our team to achieve success including:
- Assisting with all aspects of the daily management of the service in accordance with all relevant legislation, sector guidelines and policies
- Working to create a high-quality culture of rich learning environment for the children, families, educators and community
- Being part of the leadership team to drive quality improvement within the service
- Ensure all policies and regulatory requirements are embedded

About you...... New & Experienced LEADERS encouraged to apply.
- Early Childhood Education Qualifications Bachelor, Diploma or studying towards
- Blue Card, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, CPR and First Aid certificates, or willingness to obtain.
- Be progressive in your thinking for future curriculum development and implementation, to achieve quality learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Framework.
- Support and coach educators to understand, have a thorough working knowledge of and reflect on the principles and practices in the Early Years Learning Framework, My Time Our Place and Kindergarten Learning Guideline.
- Provide and maintain a supportive environment for children, families, carers, and other team members that is safe, inclusive and fun.
- Willingness to embrace the company vision, values, and culture statement.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships and effective communication with families whilst encouraging passion, enthusiasm, and excellence to our team.
- The passion and ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, their families and your colleagues.
