Location: Townsville Region (Riverside Gardens, Kirwan Golf Links Drive)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: $30-$56/hr (depending on qualification) + Super + $5000 relocation support
Join Goodstart Early Learning as an Assistant Director in the beautiful Townsville region! We have multiple vacancies across our Riverside Gardens and Kirwan Golf Links Drive centres. Work alongside our Centre Directors to support our centres and teams and make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

In this role, you will:
- Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
- Manage the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
- Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to ensure best practices in early childhood education

You’ll Need:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
