AddressRutherford Playtime Preschool is a family owned a run long day care centre located in Rutherford. We cater for 55 child from 0-6yrs.
We are seeking an experienced 2IC to join our team
About the role.
- Provide guidance and direction to educators through collaboration
- Encourage and demonstrate a high level of work health and safety
- Develop and implement a quality improvement plan
- Encourage and demonstrate appropriate and respectful communication and behaviours within the service.
- Full time, flexible hours 4 or 5 days a week consisting of 2 days off the floor.
Must have:
- ACECQA Approved Diploma or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education.
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in developing and implementing a QIP
- Strong knowledge and experience in EYLF
- Current WWCC
- Current approved first aid, Asthma and anaphylaxis training.
