Details: Are you a self-driven individual who demonstrates initiative, is a sound team player and strong communicator? If so this role may be for you. In this role Corporate Services and RecordsAssistant Director will play a key leadership role in the Strategy, People & Governance Branch and reports to the Director, People, Culture and Corporate.
You will be experienced in the management in delivering strategic and operational requirements relating to facilities, records (including SLA’selectronic document management system (EDMS)), fleet and our front facing customer service team. You will be able to plan your work against key priorities, have demonstrated experienced in digital and physical records management and deliver training on best practice records management at our Induction program. You will be accountable for managing the Service Level Agreement between the Agency and EPSDD.
SLA supports ACTPS Flexible Work Policy. This role will require you to work in the office approximately three days per week due to operational requirements, days may be negotiated.
Compliance Requirements/Qualifications
- Current Driver’s license class C preferred.
- This position may require some manual handling tasks.
- This position may be required to undertake the roles of First Aid Officer and/or Fire Warden
Notes: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
