Reporting to the Director of the Improvement, Innovation and Investment (III) team, the Product Manager is responsible for the strategic management of the SchoolsHUB Platform. The SchoolsHub platform encompasses engagement, content management, data collection, entitlement calculations and payments into one location for stakeholders.
You will be joining a supportive and rewarding team that is responsible for:
- ensuring the SchoolsHUB IT platform continues to meet business needs
- delivering project management, including reporting, engagement and governance
- data collection and governance of school funding data.
The key duties of the position include
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- product management of all SchoolsHUB products in partnership with the Product Owner and affected business teams
- liaising with external and internal SchoolsHUB users, to anticipate and communicate their needs
- gathering and synthesising information and feedback from multiple sources into online features and highlights
- defining and structing the a delivery schedule, including prioritisation of key features and development of user stories
- working with the DEWR IT Delivery Lead to plan and execute Program Increment planning
- working collaboratively with the external stakeholders such as the Product Owner and business owners, to identify viable products for change and future business needs requiring investment.
