As part of St Andrew’s Anglican College, our Early Learning Centre is nestled within the College grounds, offering day care services for infants starting from six weeks old, up to a certified Kindergarten Program.

At Little Saints, the Early Learning Centre for St Andrew’s College, we believe in providing a stimulating and supportive environment where children can thrive and explore their potential. As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in assisting our dedicated team of educators in creating enriching experiences for our children.
- Support the lead educators in implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Assist with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and evaluate the curriculum, ensuring it meets the individual needs of each child.
- Passion for working with young children and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
- Certificate III or Diploma in
Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards qualification).
- Current
First Aid, CPR, and Blue Card/Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
