The Australian Compliance Institute (ACI) is the preeminent industry body for compliance professionals in Australia. ACI are also a RTO and provide tailored courses on compliance, risk and other related topics.Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide administration support for course enrollments
- Organise training set up for each method of delivery (face to face, livestream, distance learning) and facilitator support
- Ensure student files and information are up to date and correct
- Manage enquires on course information and requirements
- Support the Professional Development Committee with course validations and continuous improvement
- Support new corporate memberships and member updates
- Answer member queries by both phone and email
- General administration support where necessary
- Previous experience in a customer focused role, experience within student services or membership services highly desirable
- Self-directed, has the ability to work autonomously
- Strong problem solving skills, time management and organisation
- Experience working within an administration role or experience with extensive administration tasks is essential
- Strong stakeholder engagement, with high level written and verbal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Experience within a not-for-profit, peak body or association is desirable but not essential
- Appropriate at home set up to accommodate a fully remote position
