The Business:

The client base is incredibly broad, with small businesses right the way up to complex client groups, ASX listed businesses and multi-nationals, each with their own unique tax needs. Due to their demand and consistent referrals, the business is looking to grow substantially over the course of the next 5 years, creating plenty of opportunity for professional development and career progression.The Role:
As the Manager/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with day-to-day queries from clients and acting as the main point of contact, working closely with the Partner to provide a high standard of service and tax advice. Duties include but are not limited too:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their structure and needs and providing business and tax advice to them.
- Managing workflow of Junior staff and reviewing work, using your attention to detail to highlight any errors and maintaining high compliance standards.
- Working with key staff members in different service lines on complex matters.
- Preparing for and running client meetings, discussing things such as restructuring, tax planning, forecasting and budgets.
- Assisting with compliance work where required and meeting deadlines.
About You:
- 5+ years experience in Public Practice Accounting, ideally working on complex client groups with high turnover.
- CA or CPA Qualified.
- Self-starter with great attention to detail and expert tax knowledge.
- Experience in reviewing work of Junior staff, with an approachable and friendly manner to support and encourage a team.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines within a fast paced setting.
- Business Development experience and desire to progress in your career is highly advantageous!
