Position Summary:
As a strategic financial business partner - champion, develop and implement property-wide strategies that deliver our financial and overall business results.
- Prepare and process detailed financial statements at end of month
- Balance-sheet reconciliations at end of month
- Coordinate and complete internal audits as required by Marriott International
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with external auditors and accountants at month-end and year-end
- Delegate data entry tasks among junior accounting staff – Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cashiering
- Payroll management
- Assist Director of Finance with annual budget preparation and monthly forecast preparation
- Ability to work multiple systems – Peoplesoft, BirchStreet, Etivity, Opera, Simphony, Microsoft Office 365
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial environment, hospitality industry preferred but not essential
- Exceptional Financial knowledge
