Assistant FOH Manager (on-site events) - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the flawless execution of onsite events, adhering to the highest safety and quality standards.
  • Deliver a premium food and beverage service that embodies Wine & Dine'm's exceptional standards.
  • Mentor, train, and manage the front-of-house team to ensure efficient event management.
  • Handle rostering and administrative tasks for departments across FOH and Logistics.
  • Work closely with the General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Events Management for seamless event coordination.
  
Position Details:
  • 38 Ordinary hours per week with paid additional hours as required, including weekends.
  • Previous experience in managing large-scale events is necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead onsite food & beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • High-end food and beverage service experience is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills are a must.
  • Ability to maintain composure and excel under pressure.
  • Regular travel to multiple Brisbane locations required. An open C class license and clean driving record are mandatory.
