Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the flawless execution of onsite events, adhering to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Deliver a premium food and beverage service that embodies Wine & Dine'm's exceptional standards.
- Mentor, train, and manage the front-of-house team to ensure efficient event management.
- Handle rostering and administrative tasks for departments across FOH and Logistics.
- Work closely with the General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Events Management for seamless event coordination.
Position Details:
- 38 Ordinary hours per week with paid additional hours as required, including weekends.
- Previous experience in managing large-scale events is necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to lead onsite food & beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- High-end food and beverage service experience is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills are a must.
- Ability to maintain composure and excel under pressure.
- Regular travel to multiple Brisbane locations required. An open C class license and clean driving record are mandatory.
