- Be a key member of the restaurant management team and work closely with the kitchen leadership team
- Have experience as a hands-on leader who has the ability to influence a positive workplace culture
- Oversee day to day operations including opening & closing the restaurant
- Assist with stock takes and oversee ordering
- Have experience in rostering and approving timesheets accordingly
- Be influential in implementing processes and standards to ensure all front of house operations run effectively and seamlessly
- Support the induction and training of front of house employees
- Experience as a leader in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with professionalism
- Strong operational knowledge that’s shared to inspire the team
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Ability to work in a high standard environment
- Great personal presentation, good communication and time management skills
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong food and wine knowledge
