The Role
In this role, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a busy venue. With a focus on managing a large and effective team you will be hands on in elevating the service standards, increasing revenue and ensuring ongoing and effective training with an emphasis on product knowledge and ensuring a high level of customer service
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following;
- A background in high volume venues with excellent service
- A minimum of 2 years experience managing a team
- Experience with staff training and ongoing development
- Capable and comfortable with making decisions in real-time
- Experience in stock management and ordering
- A outgoing and fun management style
- A hands on approach with a focus on venue performance
This role is offering a great remuneration package circa $70,000 plus super plus weekly incentives wholly relevant to candidate experience.
