AddressOur Client, a prominent player in the automotive industry, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Accountant to join their team. In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient accounting activities, over their multiple Melbourne dealerships.
Responsibilities:
- Work with multiple Financial Controllers and gain an understanding of their individual systems and processes.
- Undertake Financial Controller duties during times of annual leave.
- Move from site to site as required during times of demand and to cover extended staff leave.
- Generate group reports and consolidate data found in multiple dms platforms.
- Standardise administration practices to streamline processes and generate efficiencies.
- Previous experience in accounting within the automotive industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle multiple deals simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using automotive dealership management systems and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service.
