Position Overview: Strategic Account Manager
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering and expanding relationships with our law firm Partners. Your role encompasses strategic account management, KPI oversight, CRM proficiency, and leveraging legal industry expertise to drive business growth and Partner satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Collaborate closely with law firm partners and our internal teams to align service offerings to suit the needs of survivors.
CRM and Administrative Excellence:
- Utilise CRM systems to meticulously maintain Partner and survivors records.
Communication and Relationship Building:
- Act as the primary point of contact for law firm Partners, cultivating strong and enduring relationships.
- Communicate effectively with Partners and other external stakeholders, providing regular updates on service offerings ensuring performance metrics are upheld.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure survivors due care and support is delivered.
Legal Industry Expertise:
- Apply knowledge of the legal sector, identify industry trends, and navigate regulatory landscapes.
Business Development Support:
- Assist the CEO in facilitating communication with prospective Partners, maintaining accurate records of communications and progress in the CRM system.
This role demands a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a thorough understanding of both account management and the nuances of the legal industry. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Partnerships and enhancing survivor experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management preferably within the legal industry.
- Proven ability to achieve KPIs
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM software (we use Hubspot) and Google Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Experience in managing Partner relationships in a legal services environment.
