Accounting / Administration Assistant
Jefferson Automotive Group is one of Melbourne’s most established and prominent Automotive Dealership Groups, with its head office located in the bayside suburb of Mentone.
Right now, we are looking to employ a bright and motivated personality to join our administration team.
This is a diverse role with genuine variety that will include:
- Process vehicle sales for new and used vehicles
- Daily Bank Statement Reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable
- General Ledger Reconciliations
- Reconciliation of various accounts and process vehicle floorplan payments
- Sales Commissions
- Vehicle Debtors
- General Administration & Accounting Tasks
The ideal candidate will have aptitude and enthusiasm for Accounting and Administration and will possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- An excellent work ethic
- High degree of attention to detail
- Be well organised and able to work autonomously
- Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
Experience in the automotive industry & the Pentana ERA accounting system would be an advantage but not mandatory. We are seeking someone who is reliable, able to work in a multi-tasked role, willing to learn, and most importantly with the right attitude.
