In this role you will be required to provide direct care to patients in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including assisting with patient care interventions as directed and maintaining accurate health care documentation as
required.
About the role:
The Assistant in Nursing provides direct care to patients in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including assisting with patient care interventions as directed and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required.
If you have/are:
- CHC30208 Certificate III in Aged Care or CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support/or equivalent, or equivalent experience OR completion of one (1) or more years of training as an undergraduate nursing student .
- Good knowledge of basic nursing care including physiologic observations and assistance with activities of daily living
- High degree of reliability and punctuality
- Knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control standard precautions
