Our opportunity:The
Aquatic Programs Assistant is responsible for assisting in the coordination and administration of the Manly Aquatic Centre Swim School, as well as assisting with the supervision of the daily activities, specifically aquatics programs including, learn to swim, schools programming, children’s birthday parties and school holiday programs.
- Provide a high level of customer service ensuring all program enquires, bookings and issues are dealt with in line with Centre expectation to ensure a timely resolution to all customer enquiries.
- Maintain financial records of participants, including administration of Direct Debit and enrolment processing resulting in accurate financial records.
- Proactively identifying issues and opportunities to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness.
