We are a franchise partner of adidas, and currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time Assistant Manager/2IC to join our progressive and innovative team in our Canberra – ACT store. 

What is the job responsible for:

The Assistant Manager is primarily responsible for:

• Executing the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations 
• Driving layout decisions – bubble and micro plans and implement as agreed
• Ensure store complies with standards and guidelines to provide a brand shopping experience to all customers
• Ensure all windows are presented to a high standards including mannequins dressing and positioning, lighting direction, cleanliness, steaming and price communication
• In charge of creating clear Shop –In-Shop’s to emphasize category presentation
• Being a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values 
• Using Seasonal Brand and product knowledge effectively during sales interactions 
• Communicating product features and benefits and unique selling points clearly to address customers’ needs and strengthen their connection to the Brand 

To be successful in this role you will:

• Company and brand loyal to adidas products and beliefs 
• Visual merchandise experience 
• Have initiative to ensure Customers are being looked after
• Have a friendly approach
• Have a passion for all things sport related
• Must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday roster, including late night trade and weekend hours

• Experience in the retail industry
• Commitment to adidas products
• Understanding of stock room processes
