Fun Planet Shepparton is the largest indoor entertainment centre in regional Victoria. With over 5,000 square metres of entertainment under one roof, there is something for everyone. Dodgem Cars, Laser Tag, Climbing Wall, over 100 arcade games, Mini Golf, and a secret new attraction to launch in July this year.

We Value Leadership: Experience in retail management, customer service, or sales management is highly regarded. If you're a leader with a passion for excellence and a knack for creating memorable experiences, we want you on our team.
Key Qualifications:
Leadership Savvy: Proven experience in managing and motivating teams. Experience as a retail manager, customer service manager, or sales manager is highly regarded. Work with Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements is also highly regarded.
Self-Directed: Exceptional at operating autonomously, with a knack for problem-solving and initiative.
Customer Service Excellence: A history of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Communication Expert: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both customers and team members.
Physical Agility: Fit enough to actively participate in the physical aspects of the role, including the operation of our attractions such as The Climbing Wall. Laser Tag and Dodgem Cars.
Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and adjust to a dynamic schedule. Most weekends, and some public holidays will be required.
Technical Proficiency: Competent in using technology and software for business operations.
Fast Learner: Ability to quickly absorb and apply new information, especially in overseeing various operational areas of our business.
What We Offer:
Type of Position: Full-time opportunity for those with proven skills.
Salary: Attractive remuneration package ranging from $55,000.00, negotiable based on experience and managerial prowess.
Hours: Our business runs from 1pm to 9pm, Wednesday to Friday and from 10am-9pm on Saturday and Sunday from 10am-6pm. This will become 7 days a week in the very near future. Your adventure starts here, with flexibility for life's demands.
