The hotel which is situaged in Western Sydney is looking for an Assistant Manager to join an established team. The successful candidate must have a strong drive and desire to succeed in gaming and increasing turnover across all aspects of the venue.
About the role
As an Assistant Manager you will have the opportunity to assist in all aspects of running the business as well the chance to learn and grow by implementing your own initiatives.
We are looking for someone who will utilise their skills and show initiative.

Skills and experience
The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic, have the ability to lead by example, be a quick thinker with initiative.
You will have a thorough understanding of the expectations of an Assistant manager and what it takes to keep a venue running smoothly. Proven ability to lead, train and manage a team in a multi-faceted environment. Must help and support the licensee.
