About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for processing end to end payroll for approximately 250 employees. Alongside having strong payroll knowledge, the role also requires a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed.
Duties:
- Performing End to End Payroll.
- Process leave calculations, long service, maternity and parental leave.
- Demonstrate strong payroll processing skills
- Experience using payroll systems
- Liaise with various internal or external stakeholders
- Have a thorough understanding and performance of Super & Tax Calculations
- Undertaking Terminations and Redundancies
- Adhere to all payroll related queries
Skills and Experience
- Experience processing end to end payroll in small to medium environments
- Exceptional communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
- Understanding of EBA's & Awards
- Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
