Buderim Tavern is a high volume premium venue situated on top of Buderim Hill with sweeping views of the Sunshine Coast. Successful applicants would need a proven background in high volume venues and have a hands on approach to be successful, your career will be nurtured and the tools given to advance your skills into your desired role of a Venue ManagerThere's places to go, so dream bigWe're part of a big group that caters for big dreams. • Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
• Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
• Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
• Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives

What you'll need:

• Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gaming
• Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
• Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
• Highly developed customer service skills
• Current industry RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager qualifications
