Assistant Manager – Diploma/Early Childhood Teacher
Integricare is looking for a person with a strong passion for early learning in our North Strathfield Centre
If you view yourself as a strong Diploma Educator or Early Childhood Teacher with a great passion for leadership, this is the role for you. This role is 3 days on the floor as an Educator and 2 days office administration. You will be mentored directly by the Operations team to develop your leadership skills in centre management.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher to take the next step in their career progression.
It is essential that you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved and recognised equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- A current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- A commitment to the Christian ethos and values of Integricare, and a willingness to agree to our Christian Identity Statement
- Sound understanding of Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and National Regulations
- A high level of written and oral communication skills between staff, families and wider community, including regulatory authorities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Excellent organisational and time management skills including the ability to delegate and prioritise
- Current Child Protection Training
- Leadership experience preferred
