- Managing inventory levels and placing orders
- Preparing meals according to standards
- Supervising kitchen staff to ensure product quality
- Assisting with budgeting and food cost analysis
- Upholding kitchen cleanliness and presentation
- Ensuring a safe and healthy workplace
- Handling kitchen opening and closing duties
