SalaryAt The Talent Mill, we are partnering with a multi-branded Paddington boutique. We are currently sourcing an Assistant Manager to join the team focusing on clientelling, driving relationships and people development.
As a Store leader, you will be responsible for cultivating lasting relationships with clients, building the store's VIP network, creating unique in-store events, and working back with management on brand activations within the local community. You will support the day-to-day operations of the store, leading your team to excel in all areas.
We are searching for an Assistant Manager to lead a small team with a focus on international and Australian designer product. This role is client-centric and people-focused with a clear pathway for succession and progression.
You will have built your reputation on positive leadership, you approach your role with optimism and a commercial eye, and you understand how important relationships are to success.

What you need to bring:
- Having previous experience in a top-tier luxury brand is preferred, but as always, we are open to chatting with anyone with a passion for customer experience.
- You should have at least 1-2 years of previous experience in client management and client relationship building.
- You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
