About the role
The Pre-Delivery Assistant Manager will be second in charge at our Regency Park pre-delivery department. They will be responsible for assisting the manager in all aspects of administration associated with the preparation and detailing of new & used vehicles prior to delivery to customers.
The role will provide a professional image for the business with a focus on customer service, capable of multi-tasking, high level administration assistance with clear and timely communication and an excellent attention to detail.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support department manager in all aspects of the role including administration and job card handling.
- Build and maintain a positive dealer image amongst all employees and contractors.
- Operate in close co-operation with the workshop controller, pre-delivery admin, contractors, pre-delivery manager and parts department.
- Utilise workshop capacity (i.e. workshop scheduling) whenever possible.
- Assist & show the pre-delivery admin how to achieve their targets.
- Coordinate special order parts in conjunction with vehicle arrivals & deliveries.
- Promote and monitor Work Health & Safety requirements

- Ability to lead by example and mentor others
- Flexible and positive attitude and relationship building skillset
- Good administrative and clerical ability
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
