The eSafety Investigations Branch oversees regulatory schemes into a range of online harms such as adult cyber abuse, image-based abuse, illegal and restricted content, and child cyberbullying. The Operational Support and Coordination team works within the Investigations Branch and supports regulatory investigations and the broader work of eSafety by developing tactical and strategic insights into online harms based on the data received from our investigations.
A Senior Investigative Analyst in the Operational Support and Coordination team primarily has responsibility for: producing intelligence reports based on the data gathered by the eSafety Investigators; liaising with internal eSafety stakeholders; liaising with government and non-government stakeholders; developing intelligence-related policies and procedures; and developing/procuring intelligence-related training programs.
