The role
As the Learning & Development Coordinator at Benedict, you will play a crucial role in moulding the skills and competencies of our workforce. Your responsibilities will include closely collaborating with managers to identify training needs, creating customised programs, and conducting impactful training sessions to enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct competency-based training for both white and blue-collar employees.
- Develop personalised training plans and materials to address specific skill gaps.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to design and implement Benedict's Leadership Development Program.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for individuals and groups.
- Evaluate and assess trainees' progress and skill development.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to support trainees in achieving their goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance training programs.
- Work with clients to measure the impact of training on their workforce.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- Previous Experience in a similar role is essential
- Experience in curriculum development, creating training materials, and facilitating training courses.
- Intermediate project management and team leadership skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong working relationships with the team, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Desirable:
- Certification in Workplace Training & Assessment (Cert IV).
- Familiarity with ELMO.
