Due to our continual growth across our Taco Bell restaurant we are looking for experienced Assistant Managers to join us on the journey at our new Chirnside Park, Victoria restaurant which is due to open soon!

As managers of our restaurants you will role model Taco Bell's Live Más culture and brand principles. You will drive the performance of your restaurant and consistently deliver exceptional business outcomes by being agile, responsive and skilled at working in a fast paced, high volume environment. You will do this through:
- Leading, developing, and inspiring a passionate, vibrant and energetic team, who feel empowered and supported
- Driving the operational and financial performance of your restaurant
- Developing strong relationships with customers and delivering a dynamic and positive customer experience each and every shift
- Delivering great tasting, high quality, craveable and Instaworthy products
- Living and breathing Taco Bell and inspiring others to Live Más
- Helping to embed a strong safety culture and uphold safety standards within the restaurant
- Providing genuine and meaningful reward and recognition to all team members

- An open mind and a commitment to learning and developing as Taco Bell grows
