Ongoing rotating shifts - 8-week onboarding program
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the shift team to meet and exceed customer expectations by delivering an exceptional restaurant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- The individual will provide exceptional leadership and be a customer service champion for the shift.
- You will need to handle customer complaints with the aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
- Be able to train, coach and supervise shift managers and crew members to determine work requirements as well as delegate tasks to maximise restaurant performance.
- Perform opening and closing duties, and all other daily routines including stock checklists, trading hours etc.
- Ensure safe work procedures are implemented and carried out by all.
- Feel comfortable managing staff performance as well as identifying top talent.
- The individual will also feel completely comfortable working towards achievable KPIs.
- You will be a strong problem solver and have the ability to think on your feet
- Be a fantastic all-rounder and a genuine team player!
- High School education (or equivalent) is essential. Tertiary qualifications are advantageous.
- Track record in achieving KPIs, particularly in sales and profit. Balance scorecard environment (or equivalent).
- Previous direct customer experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to engage, lead and motivate others essential
- Ability to work shifts essential
- A Positive, professional and punctual approach essential
- Vehicle and driver's license preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and great customer service skills essential.
