About the Role
As an Assistant Manager/Educational Leader you will have the passion and commitment to developing children's lifelong love of learning, whilst nurturing and developing our team to contribute confidently to our high-quality educational-based programs.
- Work on the floor as a educational leader
- Actively contribute to the educational program within your allocated room
- Unleash your creativity whilst embedding a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment
- Engage and supervise the children at all times
- Take pride in the presentation of the Centre
- Ability to create meaningful connections with children, families and Educators
- Show a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively working towards
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Asthma Management Certificates
- Current Blue Card
