Bay Plan Management offers comprehensive support to NDIS participants, expertly managing their plans, payments, and customer experience. Our team is expanding, and we are actively seeking talented individuals to join us in delivering exceptional service. Through phone and written communication, as well as dedicated case management, we ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and attention.
We are looking for a Customer Service professional who possesses empathy and can effectively balance productivity standards while simultaneously building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the disability industry.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Managing your own portfolio of participants and helping them to manage their NDIS plan funds
• Providing excellent customer service to NDIS participants, family members & carers
• Assist in the processing of invoicing and claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintaining and developing critical relationships with participants, key stakeholders and providers
PREFERED ATTRIBUTES
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Demonstrated experience in customer/ client relationship management
Ability to professionally handle matters of a sensitive and confidential nature
Quality focused, proven data integrity and problem-solving ability
Understanding of budgeting principles
Computer literate and a good understanding of MS Office applications
Knowledge of the NDIS
