Assistant New Car Salesmanager

Are you an experienced New Car sales professional looking to advance your career? Chadstone Mitsubishi are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as our Assistant New Car Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Sales Manager in the day to day running of the department
• Mentoring & assisting fellow team members
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide product knowledge and expert advice on the features and benefits of our Mitsubishi vehicles
• Conduct test drives, present pricing options, and negotiate deals to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• Previous automotive sales experience - great opportunity for a senior salesperson to take the next step in your career
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A valid driver's license - Both Manual & Automatic
