Hobart Private Hospital is seeking experienced Practice Manager with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care to join our Administration Team.

As a Practice Manager in our Consulting Suites your responsibilities will be follows:
· Five years experience in medical practice, preferable with experience as a Practice Manager.
· General computer skills.
· Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
· Relationship management skills, ability to deal effectively with people.
· Flexibility and initiative
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Ability to manage staff and work in a team environment.
· Knowledge of private health insurance gap cover requirements
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Ability to work effectively to meet the needs of a diverse practitioner group.
· Practice management / billing software skills.
· Ability to identify confidential issues and maintain confidentiality.
· Organisation skills
· Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Essential Criteria:
· Current Police Check
· Current Working with Vulnerable People registration
· Experience in the use of the MS Office suite of programs, excel spreadsheets and email.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement
· Ability to work as an effective team member.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
