Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Night Manager to join our Front Office team. You will have the opportunity to showcase your customer services skill and ensure that Pullman Adelaide is delivered to our guests at the highest standard possible. In this role, you will report to the Rooms Division Manager and step into the team in a leadership position working overnights from 11 pm until 7 am. Our Assistant Night Manager takes on the duties of Night Manager at least 4 shifts per week, taking charge of the hotel in the absence of the GM and RDM.

Qualifications
As the successful applicant, you will ideally have:
- Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
- An energetic, team focused and can do attitude
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of computer literacy –Excel and Opera experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous hotel experience in Front Office, preferably as Night Audit and/or Supervisor
- Current Responsible Persons Badge and Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
